Hi all,
I am requiring some assistance on a fare calculation to the Far East from LIS. I am having a great deal of difficulty getting Travel Agents or airlines to help me, which astounds me.
Perhaps someone here has the time to take a look at my request and PM me if you come up with something. Here is the routing, more or less, and the dates are not fixed, but the stays are, IOW I could move a week backwards if need be...
I prefer any star alliance carriers due to FQTV with TP.
28OCT08 LIS - TAO
01NOV08 TAO - MNL
09NOV08 MNL-LIS
I am looking for business class, and I already have a quote at EUR 4400 all in.
I know that OS, LX, TK and TP(with LH) have some deals on, but for the life of me, I cannot find out how much the combination will be with the local flights.

For only the information in your post I can't quite understand what difficulty you have apparently been having as, from the same information, it is pretty straightforward. Why don't you simply buy a LIS-MNL return ticket, plus an TAO-MNL-TAO ticket.
Sorry, but I don't understand your 'difficulty', and especially as you've already had a quote given.

Its not a bad price, but I know that it can be better, if I buy separate tickets I have managed to get it down to EUR 3600... and I am still sure it can be better.
I know that *A has special interline fares, but I cannot get any website to tell me what they are. LH and LX were absolutely no help either, both quoting me more the €6500 which is more than the *A round the world fare.
