There's a strong possibility that I'll be going to Dubai in December, and I'd love to visit some friends in Tehran and possibly travel to Esfahan to see some of the amazing sights. I was wondering if there are any neat flight options that are fairly inexpensive from Dubai to Tehran, and Tehran to Esfahan. Does Saha Air currently fly any of these routes? Getting on some classics would be a perk, of course!

As regular scheduled flights, yes.
They also operate some unschedule and charter flights to YEH (Asaluyeh) sometimes and other destinations rarely.
SAHA's operations are quite "unpredictable" ...except from THR-MHD and THR-KIH.
