Best Airline: Air Southwest

Worst: Can't think of one - each of my flights on different airlines have always had a good point.

Least Favorite: None (although I dont really like Southwest or US Airways)

There isn't a carrier that I have flown yet that has treated me so poorly that I have had to stop flying with them.

Worst: Ryanair

Although FR haven't completely let me down, just so far they are by far the worst.

Of the airlines I've flown in the last ten years, which are still in business, my experience is:

Best: Continental, Air Tran, Jet Blue, El Al
Good: Delta, Northwest, Air Canada
Fair: American
Poor: US Airways

That's my experience, anyway. I'm sure flights can vary day by day, but my overall impressions usually remain the same. US Air is always dreadful, and I feel bad saying that because my brother-in-law is a first officer with over 20 years seniority.

I think this should be broken down into 2 sections , full service and LCC otherwise we are comparing apples with apples.
So for me

Best full service
Qantas
Worst
CSA

Best LCC
Globelspan
worst
Ryanair

These are the only 2 LCC i have flown but Globelspan beat Ryanair hands down

The best flight I had was on an Etihad A332.
So I'd vote #1 for Etihad.

And worst would be SAA A343 flight from JNB to Perth.
I didn't like it at all. A very cramped atmosphere with the plane almost full.  boxedin

Best: Midwest/Continental/Southwest (three-way tie)
Worst: Commutair (no in-flight service, F/A was as if there wasn't one on board, no lav Big grin)
It's a joke; B1900D's have no F/A's, and most carriers don't provide anything for IFE except a view of the cockpit

Of the airlines I've flown I would rank them as such, however I wouldn't say any of them are at all bad. I've never had a real negative experience on a plane (at least none that was the airline's fault)
