you should be able to go to the lounge before passport control (in the airsite), present your boarding pass and get an access if not to 1st class lounge - for sure to business class lounge. And both lounges have excellent shower facilities - plus you can check out the lounge.
rows 12-15 A or K - very private but 22 A and K are good seats too...

If you walk to the other side of the harbor of opera house (where the passenger terminal is) you can find many nice restaurants with beautiful view of the harbor and the opera house. Food/quality/price wise they are all the same... Check their menus at the door and see what will look good

You should arrive in T-3. You can go to the Kris Flyer Lounge up on the second level and present your boarding pass and you will have no problem getting whatever you need. If you are holding a F boarding pass, you will have access to the First Lounge.
The terminals in SIN allow intermingling of arriving and departing pax. CIQ is down on the lower level.
