I still haven't seen the A380, missed it both times in LHR when I was there .... . So, right now, I'd be happy with that one.
Other than that, any time I see any airliner for the first time I get excited. So basically any airliner on the drawing board is something I'm looking forward to seeing.

I'll be happy to see just about any passenger variant of the 747-8
I can't get excited about the small twins coming out from Boeing & Airbus.
