KLM 744 Combi- What To Expect In Business Class?

I'm due to fly on KLM's Boeing 747-400M (Combi) from Chicago to Amsterdam in World Business Class. Have these Combi aircraft been completely refitted with the 'new' WBC seat, or only the full passenger versions? On SeatGuru the entertainment is said to be 12 channels, however the new WBC seat should have AVOD, shouldn't it?

Some combis have definitely been retrofitted, I took a KL 74M in WBC from IAH in August. It had the new WBC seats and AVOD. However, I don't know if the full combi fleet has been retrofitted.
