On my flight on May 19 on IAH-SJU, it appears that it has been changed from a 738 to a 739(ER).
However, I was wondering, I am quite confused on what it actually is. The itinerary shows it as a 739, however, the seat map appears to be a 739ER. Which is it? I actually hope it is a 739, as currently the 739ERs do not have IFE. That is, until they get LiveTV. I hope I get a LiveTV aircraft on this flight.

I don't believe the CO website itinerary delineates between the 900 and 900ER.....and the exact ship changes quite often, even right up until the aircraft is sitting at the IAH gate!

If the online seat map shows two seats in the last row of coach, it's a 739. If it shows a full row, it's an -ER.
I recently booked ANC-IAH on 667 and 223 and originally had the 739 seatmap; about five days ago, I checked my reservations, and all my seat assignments were lost. The next morning, I woke up and checked again before calling CO, and all of them were back, as requested, and the 739 seatmap had changed to the -ER map.
Whatever..... my seat requests are intact!
And, I'm DESPERATELY hoping that the -9ER has more comfortable seats than the rest of the 737NG fleet at CO. Looking at the pictures from the DO, you can tell that both first and coach classes have new seat cushions..... I reeeeeeeally hope they're better than the last ones.
