Which airline or airlines would you say has or have the best noise-cancelling headphones in their premium cabin(s)? I've only flown CO and DL internationally in J, and while the CO ones were very good, the DL ones, while relatively comfortable and good at blocking out noise, had an "echo-like" sound, perhaps due to their shape. What are your preferences?

Buy some headphones and take them with you, that way you don't have to deal with the echo like sound!
The Bose noise cancelling headset is very good however, I prefer the Bose TriPort IE earbuds.

I have the Bose QC2. They are expensive but worth every € or $ During my flights (passenger) I always put in earplugs and then the Bose headset. I only hear the music/ movie and nothing else.

Quoting IAirAllie (Reply 3): Has anyone tried the sony digitial noise cancelling. I'm curious to know how they compare to the Bose.
I've had three sets, all broken. Best purchase so far (value for money and 88% noise cancelling) are Panasonic, which cost me 100 Euros. And the are small plugs, which make them more comfortable. Try them. I truly recommend them!

Quoting Airbuseric (Reply 6): What did you do with these to break them?!
The sony sets I´ve had all were all the MDR-NC6 model. Smart, yes, but not very good. Two pairs broke due to faulty connections inside the ear cavity and another had a terrible cracking sound, probably due to a defective membrane. Which ever way, I liked them and tried to think it was me who probably caused the damage, but after three sets I thought that was enough. Also, as I got them in airports there was no way of having them changed. Bad luck, I suppose.
