I am trying to book a trip with 6 legs or more under a single ticket number , or tied together with a single purchase, to avoid the risk of a cancelled flight impacting subsequent legs.
Found really nice SEA-LHR fares on UAL , and found cheap LHR-IST fares on Turkish (Both Star members, but these specific flights are not code shared).
Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz all limit my searches to less than 6 legs .
Any ideas what website I can use?

LH's website offers 6 sectors to enter.
amadeus.net also offers 6 sectors to enter (just click onto "Add more destinations").

Can't you enter SEA-LHR as one sector (with connection) and then choose the appropriate connection ? That way you'll only need the option to enter 4 sectors (assuming that you fly SEA-LHR-IST-LHR-SEA ).

If this all does not help, maybe a visit to a local travel agent or a call to expedia or the likes is advisable ...
