I'm booked on a flight SIN-CGK flight SQ956 which arrives at 09:40 and was due to be flying out on GA240 at 13:45 to SRG

Garuda has contacted me saying that flight has been dropped and say I can either go on GA242 at 15:25 or on GA238 at 12:20 but I don't know anything about CGK airport.

Both flights arrive/leave from terminal 2 but will 2:40 hours be enough time to clear immigration, get my baggage, and check in for the second flight or am I better off playing it safe and taking the later one?
