Hey guys,
I've been looking on the AF website and was amazed to see that a return ticket to SXM from CDG for technically any period this summer is around 450-500 euros (I looked at 06/20-06/28 for example, which is less than a month away!!). Has it always been like this or is it the cause of the current economic situation?

Also, if I manage to persuade my parents to fly to SXM for a week, where would be the best place to stay? Of course I want to stay as close as possible to Maho but I'd rather it were not very expensive...at most 4 stars half-board. We don't mind 5 stars just that I don't think there's anything cheap enough that includes HB.
