Hi,
I want to travel to DPS (Bali) in Oct this year and I am looking for the best flight in business (best business seats & servic).
I will depart in CPH and have to go via some hub
Is there a possibility for flying tha A380 on a segment?

You could also do:
BA: CPH-LHR-SIN and then transfer to SIN-DPS on something like Air Asia, Jetstar or SQ.
What about Qantas? CPH-LHR-SIN and again Air Asia, Jetstar or SQ. Not ideal transfer but if you want to try a different route, and enjoy flying then its great.
Or Cathay? CPH-LHR-HKG-DPS. (You could also try VS for the LHR-HKG leg and then tranfer onto HKG-DPS.

I'd say that CPH-sk-LHR-sq-SIN-sq-DPS will be the best experience overall. A380 on the LHR-SIN with the excellent C product. No termial change at LHR if you fly SK to LHR.
Quoting Sr176 (Reply 1): the best business class: SQ
if you want to fly the A380 it has to be : CPH - LHR - SIN - DPS
A vote for this. SQ A380 in Business is the way to go...
If you take SK into LHR, you also avoid a terminal change at LHR.

Depends when you go, but if you go in June, I would say take EK to BKK (with the LHR-DXB-BKK sector on the A380) then connect on to TG for the last 2 hour hop to DPS...that will give you the most time on the A380, and I'd say our seats give SQ's a run for it's money, as does our enhanced non-plated eat anytime service on board (which I believe SQ have adopted as well). There's also something to be said about the massive on board bar and lounge we have at the rear of the Business cabin, complete with a full premium bar, hors'devours, mood lighting, dedicated bartender, and a large flat screen television with the flight map.
I'd say QF would be the odd man out, their Business Class seating on the A380 is no different than from the main fleet, save for the fully flat versus angled flat difference (which I admit I'm sure is definitely an added comfort, but less of a novelty).
Regardless of what airline you fly, you can't really go wrong with the 3 A380 airlines out there right now, and most importantly safe and pleasant journeys! Enjoy Bali (it's an amazing place, one of my favorite destinations in the world, wish we flew there!) and please do write up a trip report.

If you want something more direct, SQ CPH-SIN-DPS is a good choice. It is the old style business class seat, however, it is more than good enough to compare with other airlines.
However, I would go CPH-LHR/CDG-SIN-DPS, just for the A380.
