Hi every one,
I am trying to choose TK or LH for my upcoming J class trans atlantic trip. I really like TK, but I am not sure it's A330 business seats are as comfortable as LH's B744 business seats. Which one can become 180 degree flat? Would you please share with me your experience/opinion regarding this matter?

Cheers!
Amax

I have never been in either, but I can tell you from seat guru, it seems that TK is slightly bigger than LH J class.

No Problem! I find it to be an extremely useful tool and they are expanding rapidly. Enjoy

I have to admit I really don't like LH's long haul business class seats. TK's seats look excellent.

Just used LH's J about two weeks ago DEN-FRA-DEN on A346(D-AIHW on outbound and AIHD on inbound). This trip helped me to make up my mind about how serious TK's Business is. biggrin
Last year I flew TK's J between JFK-IST-JFK on both 330 and 343 and what a pleasant experience.
The food, the service, the plane but especially the food was a lot better on TK.
IIRC the seats are pretty much the same but service level was exceptional.

Hope this helps.

That's what it looks like, and ethy promote their J product especially on the A330. However, I flew them PEK-IST on TC-JND in April, and I was shocked! The seat (3A) was sat through, so hat I needed a blanket to soften the wires that pushed into my bum. In addition, the whole cabin was dirty. I don't mean rubbish lying around, but every surface was dark and dirty, as if they have never been wiped.
I had booked the ticket on air miles, and had I paid the normal fare I would have been MAJORLY p***ed off!
Food ad service were ok, but nothing to write home about either. Crew, however, were very friendly and helpful - they were the best of the whole TK experience. I continued in Jto CGN on an A 320 (TC-JPA), and that aircraft was filthy as well. To me,I would never book TK again if I have a choice...

LH's product is far superior, and I never had a dirty LH aircraft...

Cheers
