Is there an airline offering their First Class passengers an arrival service, where they meet them as the disembark from the plane and escort them though the airport ,ie through customs & immigration, and so on. Making sure they get total service until they get into a limo or whatever? Always treating them as an individual. Is this service available now or should an airline worldwide wake up and smell the coffee.
Just a marketing thought.
you don't get a second chance to make a first impression!

I haven't heard of this but it doesn't mean its not out there. For one I don't think they could do this for several reasons. (1) First/Business pax disembark first anyways allowing them to get to customs/immigration quicker. (2) Once you disembark from the aircraft and go to customs and immigration you go into an area that has nothing to do with the airline. I believe the only airports that this could really work at are small airports and that is because they disembark first anyways.

CO had a Business First Concierge meet us at the door of the airplane last time coming back from MXP in order to get us through immigration faster and to tell us we had been re booked on a later flight to IAH since we would most likely miss the original connection. The MXP-EWR flight was delayed in a holding pattern for about 30 minutes just before starting descent for EWR and just for more entertainment we arrived into Terminal A rather than Terminal C. Imagine, a delay into EWR!
The Concierge certainly surprised us that if for sure, and helped expedite everything, then handed us our new boarding passes as we got onto the AirTrain. Wonderful job again CO.

TG have this at BKK, both for departure and arrival.
TK have this at IST, both for departure and arrival.
Both airlines have buggies to take the pax everywhere and you're basically accompanied all the way from the curbside to the aircraft doors.
Also, LH have their First Class Terminal which is pretty much the same thing. You don't mix with the "unwashed masses" at all until you reach the aircraft.
