You should be fine. There is a bus ride from the CityJet stands to 2E, which takes about 10mins, leaving you with roughly 45 mins when you reach the terminal. You won't have much time to spare.

SNN was late, an AF agent will wait for you at the exit of the plane to bring you directly to your ORD flight. Enjoy !
