Hello A.netters,

A quick and possibly stupid question. I've just booked a return flight on BA.com, MRS/LGW/MRS. Having paid the fare, I discovered that the total amount includes an online booking fee of EUR 10. Of course, I know that that businesses charge a credit card fee, but 10 euros does seem excessive for a paper-ticketless, automated transaction. How is this justified? Any clarification welcome.
