I want to fly on the A380 (who doesn't?) Now face with this practical problem I have no clue where to begin. How Can I know the flight numbers? How can I know whether the only AF A380 will be dispatched on a particular day? Is there a schedule somewhere?
On the AF site, you can only pick the flight number. It does not say about aircraft type.
I understand that I will never be a 100% certain but I would like to be as sure as possible if there are no technical issues. Also I would like to fly the A380 both ways to maximize my chances.

Do you all have 3rd party sites (like Orbitz) that do tell a/c type and allow search by airline? Also, wikipedia will sometimes give an ok-ish idea of the routes a given type operates. Also have you tried a full PDF schedule from the af website. Try a google search on this perhaps.

If you use the booking engine on the AF website, it will specify the aircraft type when you select a flight on your departure or return dates. IIRC the first destination is only JFK. Not sure when any other routes will start.

Hello...it is ok to do on the Air France Website...you go to the book flight and choose the route and then the day...and then continue and it will say the flight times and Aircraft type
