I have a question regarding baggage.
My parents are flying LAS-DEN-MCO on UA and continuing on to GRU with TAM. All in one ticket. They will have about 2 hour lay over in MCO. I have a bag full of presents for Xmas that I want them to take for me and I live in Orlando. Could they check an additonal bag when they get to MCO?

I am not sure about in the US, but this is usually not possible.
What your parents can do is ask to have their bags checked only to MCO, where they can later add another bag without problems.However,if their inbound flight is late it could be problems for them.
