I just came of a flight with Turkish Airlines Berlin - Istanbul - Tel Aviv.
On both sectors (the inflight service was rather good, Hot Meals on the Istanbul flight and a cold meal on the Tel Aviv sector) the cabin crew was rude, unfriendly and never ever smiling!
Myself is working in the airline industry for over 10 years and I am also a Star Gold Member (Lufthansa Senator) but I have never ever realized such unfriendly crews. Even the staff at the CIP Lounge (Turkish Airlines) in Istanbul was rather rude than helpful!
Have you had any expiriences with them? I am rather not looking forward for my return flight with them in a couple of days. I just have to say next time my business goes to Swiss or Lufthansa again, but not Turkish anymore !

In the last 25 years I flew 41 times with TK. TK is not known for its smiling FA's but I am not sure they are the rudest, or you can single out any airline for that matter. You working in the industry should know that you have good days and then you have some bad days. Maybe the return crews will be nicer.
