What airline would be the best to fly to Lima from ORD? What type of aircraft, and does it have PTV's, power ports, ect. I am looking toward LAN but are there any other opinions or experiences.

I don't know of a direct flight. But there are many options available:
CO through IAH (don't know their IFE)
DL through ATL (don't know their IFE)
AA through MIA (AA 757 does not have PTVs
AA/LP through MIA (Lan does have PTVs on their 767's)
MX or AM through MEX
AC through YYZ

Delta is currently flying 772ER's and 764ER's down to LIM. Both are comfortably configured with AVOD, headrests, and powerports (throughout coach on the 764, first half of coach on the 772). Granted you get American-carrier service, but a really nice cabin layout.
The proper term is "on final" not "on finals" bud...

I flew the route ATL-LIM with DL many time and always it was great. I flew on both T7 and their 767, both with PTV´s, very good service, nice crew. I would recommend it!
The only negative is, that DL arrives after AA and CO from MIA, EWR and IAH, so the line on immigration is terribleÂ

I fly often between the US and LIM, most frequently on DL but also recently on CO, TA, and AM.
CO has PTVs on their 757's from both EWR and IAH
TA has no PTV's in either class on its A320 aircraft, but have very inexpensive J class fares + seamless connection through SAL
AM (which I flew today from LIM) involved two very long segments in Y on a 738- the service is okay but minimal, however MEX is a great airport with a good lounge (Salon Premier in T2- only 36 USD for a day pass, well worth it). No PTVs though.
DL is pretty reliable, and their 764's are quite comfortable and have decent PTVs.
