I am looking to travel from ORD-PDX and take the longest route possible on United and still get there on the same day. I really want to do a PS flight but I know united doesn’t fly direct to JFK (Stuipd) , and I am willing to fly possibly Jet Blue to get there. Any other ideas?

I don't know how expensive it would be, but you could do ORD-IAD-JFK-SFO/LAX-PDX
Otherwise for the longest route, I would look at ORD-IAD to SEA/LAX/SFO then to PDX

I assume "cost is no object" doesn't enter the equation.
I do these trips all the time, and I know you have to stay flexible to keep the cost down. For instance -- you may have to depart ORD before 6am and not arrive back until 6am the next day -- but that's technically still a one day trip.
Along those lines, P.S. service is rather expensive, and you may want to do that as part of a future trip.
Anyway, I found this trip on Orbitz -- *starting* Tuesday March 16th and *concluding* Wednesday March 17th -- which sounds reasonable in price given the number of segment and the number of Milage Plus miles it will pile up. Note that you hit all your points but not necessarily in the order you might have wanted.
By the way, you *did* want to arrive back at ORD . . . right?
Just remember your toothbrush; a change of undies, and a bottle of "tears" type eyedrops.

These are the valid routing rules for CHI-PDX on UA below (it's long, so I'll post my commentary first).
Anyway, WAS (IAD) or NYC (JFK) are not valid - you'd have to book two tickets - a one-way CHI-NYC, then a separate NYC-PDX to get the p.s. flight.
