I was flow with my last flight from July with ATL flights and back home to PHX. I was flow on the Delta Air Lines flights and it is bump on their flight.

AA A300-600 from MIA to BOS.
Delayed an hour for cabin depressure. Pilot try to make up for lost time whipping it like it was a A319. Hit an air pocket at 11,000 feet. Loss of gravity 2 seconds. Extremely bumpy and fast approach. Plane was a bucket.
