Passrider/CREWPASS Flight Info

Does anyone ever use http://www.crewpass.org or passrider.com to get their flight information? If so, where do they get the flight information from? Is it straight from the airlines and how accurate is it? Does it ever tell you if there are delays or cancelled flights?
