As of right now, it doesn't look too promising unless you are a courier flying on a cargo flight...

You can occasionally catch a UA 777 or 767 from ORD to IAD. Outside of that you're out of luck.
I suppose it might be possible for DL to move a widebody from DTW or MSP to JFK, but I've not seen anything bookable.

ORD/DEN-IAD on UA with the 767/777 and DFW-MIA on AA with the 763/777 is about it for the moment. Most of these flights are positioning flights from hub to hub for various international flights leaving that evening across the Atlantic.
It's entirely possible to get a widebodied jet to JFK/EWR, it just depends on where you are starting from and how far you want to detour. For instance, you can fly to IAH and fly on 767's and 777's to EWR. You just need to find a hub to hub flight somewhere in your schedule.

If you feel like flying about you could go south to MIA and ride AA widebodies all the way.
ORD-MIA has four 763 flights tomorrow
MIA-JFK has a 762, a 763, and a 777 tomorrow
They do come up as valid routing if you do ORD-JFK on aa.com

Another option would be Delta via Atlanta; they run a minimum of one 767-300ER a day on JFK-ATL-JFK to shuffle planes around; the 777 also occasionally pops up on this route.
