Well, I know people who love AA and will not fly anything else on that route, and people who love UA and will not fly anything else on that route.
I do not know much about IFE, but for all of the other things (food and comfort), I would definitely fly with AA. If you plan on flying when UA's p.s. service is introduced, you might want to give that a try, as I imagine that it should be quite good.
