UA First HNL-SFO And Business SFO-FRA Seats?

Hi guys,

hope you could help me with the following:

1) does anyone know if UA flight 900 SFO to FRA offers the new business class seats, and
2) which aircraft would be the better choice of travel between HNL and SFO in first - 777 or 767?

The last time I flew in First between SFO and HNL the seats on the 767s and 777s UA uses on that flight are virtually identical to each other.

No, new biz class seats unfortunately. UA uses "domestic" configured 777's and 767's to Hawaii. Standard domestic FC seat with 39" pitch. Check out www.seatguru.com for details.

Sorry, I misread . . . not sure if new biz seats are on this SFO-FRA flight . . . was just referencing the HI legs.

UA 900 is a 747. All 747's are converted with the new seats. Enjoy.

I was on one of the UA900s in Business Class not very long ago, they still had the old seats. There may be some aircrafts on that route that are equipped with the new lie flat seats. You would have to phone United and find out.

The same applied when I was on a flight from IAD to FRA a couple of weeks ago. They had the old seats in Business Class also. The flights from IAD to EZE (Argentina) always had the new seats in Biz and First in the 767-300s. I guess they must keep the new seats for longer routes, like Transpacs and flights to Brazil/Argentina.

There was a better way to fly it was called Concorde

All 747's and 767's have the new seats. There is only 1 777 flying around with the new seats.
