I am looking at booking London-Las Vegas and I have the option of DL LGW-ATL-LAS or US LGW-CLT-LAS. I wanted to know what IFE the DL 764 has? Is it PVTs?

On a side note, what is US's IFE like on the A333?

Kind Regards

Mike

DL's 767-400ERs are equipped with on-demand IFE at every seat. I personally prefer the 764 over the A330, so I would personally recommend the DL 764.

I have flown both airlines and aircraft. DL's 764 to LHR last year. Hands down select DL for your flights. Beyond the on-demand IFE at each seat and very comfortable seats and interior, the DL on board service is far superior to US as to food and beverage.....DL offers free wine or beer and will serve a main meal and additional snack prior to landing in both directions. DL is just better on overall delivery of product and service.
No doubt the A330 is a very nice airplane, but from a frequent customer perspective on both airlines - and I was a Chairman's Preferred with US for several years, DL has won my business.
Your domestic connections to/from LAS will be a Buy-On-Board service with both airlines but domestic USA service is pretty standard on everyone. Again, DL is the recommendation.
Good Luck with your trip plans, and I hope you enjoy your trip to the US.

I just got back from Spain and flew the 764ER on my ATL-MAD and MAD-ATL. Hands down, their IFE is much better than US and the service too. The food was pretty darn good for a coach meal as well!

Excellent, I am going to book DL, I have never been on the 764 before either, so that'll be another one to add to the list!

Regards

Mike
