If you were a commerical pilot, which of the following would you prefer? Please note that this is just for fun and so don't consider pay or things like that.
Would you prefer to:
1) Fly a small aircraft (a regional jet or a prop) into big airports; or
2) Fly a medium/big aircraft into small airports.
THOSE ARE THE ONLY OPTIONS!
I would certainly prefer 2), as I'd find it exciting flying, say, a 738 into small airports much more exciting than being just another plane at a big airport.

I would choose option #2 cause a couple of years ago when NW had a few of their 747-2/400 in there as well as a DC-10 and a handful of 757s and the DC-9s. That would have been fun flying into TOL in those aircraft than my little C172...heavy

Yep.. Option 2 for me also. Sounds more exciting, of course. I can only imagine the thrill of being behind the controls of an aluminum titanic and flying it into a facility that wasn't necessarily designed for it. Short runways, mountainous terrains, reef runways.. Plus, the attention received because its one of the biggest aircraft around..
Caution wake turbulence, you are following a heavy jet.

Definately Option #2 for me after being a passenger on a full Thai A300-600 landing at the small airport of Hat-Yai where it seemed arrestor hooks might be needed to stop the plane from overrunning! LOL

I'll let you have that, FJWH, as English isn't your first language, so I wasn't really expecting you to understand the warning: "THESE ARE THE ONLY OPTIONS." LOL. Just kidding.

For sure option 2. I love watching a/c come into SNA and BUR all the time. It looks so exciting, even though it probably isn't that much different from a larger airport. Still looks fun though.

Option 2, nothing beats full thrust reverse, speed brakes and a nice bit of clean hard braking

I really like the thought of both options. I always think it would be neat to fly a UA Express Brasilia into SFO, but yet again, how about flying a 330 into RTB? Eurofly operates flights from Italy to RTB during the summer. The airport is practically on an island and all the other a/c are ATRs, Let, Otters..etc.

I'd choose something like a BBJ just for the bizjet factor into a smaller airport. Small town people are usually very interested in bizjets and catch a lot of attention. To people who see old single piston planes all day, a 737 BBJ is going to be big to them!
