Hello
I flew on US Air 1928 on 07/15/2010 from PHL-PVD and as the flight boarded from gate
C27 I could not see its tail number (or even the airplane itself) and in Providence
it was too dark by the time of arrival. Flight scheduled to depart at 20:40 but
left 10 minutes early and arrived 32 minutes early.. Nice flight but could not get
the tail number
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried the other possible sites but to
no avail.

The US goverment has a great website that will tell you statistics, including tail #, of the flight, but it takes about 3 months for them to put the info up. I want to give you a link, but the forum is not working.
The 747 will always be the TRUE queen of the skies!

Hi thanks.
Yes I think thats the RITA site. and yes they are about 3 months behind. If no-one can help me sooner I will look it up on that site in three months
I was just hoping to get it sooner so I can close my records and not forget about it

It turned back to PHL in the morning as US0847 and I checked ACARS for that one too and it doesn't show up under that number either, so gonna need some internal help. It was an E190 right?

Hi Yes it was an E190
It departed from Gate C27 scheduled at 20:40 but left at 20:35 then waited at the runway because the pilot said they were waiting for weight and abalance info from company. It was not a long wait and seems we made up time along the way as we landed 30 minutes early. Went in to gate 6 at Providence

No, if it's not on ACARS, I can't help. Hopefully somebody from US can give you the reg or will have to wait til it shows up on the BTS site.
