I just checked in online for my flight tomorrow. The process seemed surprisingly competent. The website was quick, easy, didn't suggest I was travelling with a baby whose name I've never heard, and looked decent while it was doing it. I was also able to check my flight status without getting any grief.
Also, I was able to get a boarding pass sent to my mobile. I now have a picture of a bar code on my phone, which I presume they can scan at the gate as though it was on paper?

Glad your booking went ok, I booked a flight using my miles on their website on 22nd July, my credit card hasn't been debited and the miles haven't been taken from my account! - But I did get a confirmation number and after calling the Diamond Club they have assigned me a seat.

I'll be flying on bmi in September, from BHD to LHR. I booked the flight online, and it seemed to work just fine. Trouble is, the departure time on the reservation doesn't match the time in the online timetable. Weird...
