Flying BE to JFK this weekend and was wondering what level of service it is. Is it just a nicer seat or is it true BizElite level service like on international routes? I would hope its on par with their international BizElite considering how much the tickets are!!

I agree with you on the cost of those tickets!!
Anyway, to your point... I have flown the SFO - JFK route quite a lot. I wouldn't call it on par with international BE service, although it is a very comfortable experience. The meals are quite alright, but the wine selection is limited. You do get a nice pillow, comforter etc., no amenity kits... you have a PTV and so on. I'd rate it lower than international BE purely for the reason that the seats are not lie flat, no champagne , no wider range of wine selections etc.
Just a few thoughts that come to mind at 11:22 in the night.
