Non-reving On Cape Air (9K)

Good day,

the airline I work for does unfortunately not have a staff travel agreement with Cape Air. However, I think to remember that somebody told me he got a non-rev ticket on Cape Air in spite of his airline not having an agreement with the airline. Anybody has non-reved on Cape Air? Who do I ask? Reservations? The airport counter? Thanks for sharing your experiences!

I e-mailed Cape Air last year about the possibility of Non-Rev tickets for other airline staff.

They said that they would be happy to accept non-rev passengers from other airlines on the condition that they had been pre-contacted by that airline's staff travel team.

The staff travel department at the airline i work for is relatively good at making contact with new airlines if requested by staff, and if I had chosen to follow through with my travel plans, I'm confident that something could be put in place.

My suggestion is that you submit a request at your own airline for them to get in touch with Cape Air themselves rather than attempting to do so directly yourself. That would be appreciated by both Cape Air and your own company, who may not appreciate you acting on their behalf.
