It was amazing how fast OZ 221/222 went by, It felt A LOT longer when I was on board EY 101. I think its because the shades are always down and we departed NYC at 12AM and arrived at ICN at 3AM, so it was dark, maybe that helped, same goes for the return flight.

Longest flight (actual): SFO-HKG, with delays and strong head wind > 16 hours (over 1 hour longer than scheduled)
longest flight (perceived): SFO-HKG midnite departure - flight went on forever (could not sleep!); actual time about 14 hours
shortest flight: FRA-NUE - something like 25 minutes in the air

LAX - SYD and MEL - LAX are my two longest, I think 14 and 13.5 hrs each IIRC.
PRC - PHX was probably my shortest, all of around 25 minutes or so. ATL-HSV is another on the short list, quite feasible to spend more time taxiing and waiting on the ground in ATL than actually in the air to HSV.

Longest was LAX-TLV via YYZ on El Al B747-400, we pushbacked in LAX at 13:18 (GMT-8), and landed in TLV at 16:09 (GMT+2) the next day, that means total time of 16 hours and 52 minutes. We were in YYZ about 2.5 hours.
Longest nonstop flight was TLV-YYZ, El Al B767-200ER, 12 hours 20 minutes. I did the same route on a 747 which takes 'only' 11 hours.
Second longest was TLV-EWR, Continental B777-200ER, 11 hours 27 minutes.
My shortest flight was done earlier this month, RPN-SDV (domestic in Israel), Ayit Shorts 360 flight time of 30 minutes.
Second shortest was the SDV-RPN section, which was 32 minutes.
Third shortest was LCA-TLV with pretty large plane - Boeing B757-300, Arkia, 37 minutes.

Distance wise, IAH-HNL is further than FRA-EWR but the block time for FRA-EWR makes it longer time-wise.
