I'm assuming you're traveling in Y class, If I were you I would go with JL. They have a good Y product and Asian service is always better than the service you get from American carriers like UA and DL.

NRT is nowhere near KIX.
What would be your plan to cover the distance from NRT to Osaka region with KIX, ITM and UKB potential destinations, but most of them served only rarely from NRT - much more options from HND, but transferring NRT to HND is very time consuming, although rather recently through trains are available. see Access Tokkyu and Airport Kaitoku on http://www.japan-guide.com/news/0015.html
Or is your real destination not near Osaka and some other airport might to it, too ?
