Hi All,

I was looking at flights today on the Virgin Atlantic website, and I noticed that on the drop down menu for "travel class" there are a few options. I understand them all except for the last three: Upper Class (Lowest), Upper Class (Flexible), Business Class.

My impression was that Virgin Atlantic's "Business" offering is called "Upper Class". Their website doesn't offer much help on this issue, so I was wondering if anyone on here could offer any more insight? Thanks

Hi,
With the Upper Class (Lowest) you get the seat & the Lounge. No Chauffeur car and no change of travel date.
With the Upper Class (Flexible) you get the lot

you don't get a second chance to make a first impression!

Upper Class is basically the Business Class.

As explained by readytotaxi, the Lowest and Flexible is the price difference in the level of service you receive.

It may also relate to the ability to book business class on codeshare partners such as CO and SQ, who obviously don't call business class 'Upper Class'?
