Theres some shared places here but it's just to give you an impression, I've got quite some other's i've flown twice but it just randomly showed 2. Naturally I'm very proud of number 4!

Nothing's worse then flying the same registration twice, except flying it 4 times..

Mine:

1. 737 (737-476, 737-838, 737-376, 737-336, then 737-others in decending order)
2. 767 (767-338, 767-336, 767-323, 767-others)
3. 747 (747-438, 747-436, 747-438ER, 747-338, 747-412, 747-238, 747-others)
4. A319
5. A320
6. A300
7. A330
8. Dash-8/Q400
9. BAe 146
10. 777 (777-236)

Whilst I do not keep a log, the 737 would be, by a considerable margin, my most frequent ride. The irony is that I hardly ever travel on a 737 now that I live in the UK. 11th would be 727-276. A recent trip on a BA 777 just edged the 727 out of my top 10.

Let's see here:
21 B737-300
14 B737-800
13 B777-200ER
13 MD-88
11 A320-200
10 B737-700
9 B737-500
9 DC-9-50
8 A330-200
8 A340-300

The values above are approximate. After so many OTP-CDG-ATL-MCI/rt it's hard to keep track of what the aircraft type was on each of the journeys. And for most of that time, I went by memory....

Dude, how can you exclude twins like the 7-five? It's probably the best performing airliner ever. With a pair of rollers underwing, she's a total rocketship.

And the DC-3. Still many of them flying today. Tail draggin', radial engined thunder that makes flying in a jetliner seem un-eventful.

I see a parallel in your taste for airliners and cars . If it's big, heavy, requires tons of power and burns shitloads of fuel, Superfly loves it.

Same for the A321/320/319/318 series.

I guess I am not geeky enough to participate in this thread

However, I have flown on some exotic oldies (and not so oldies but rare these days) in scheduled service in my short life, including VC-10, Trident Three, Boeing 707, Vickers Viscount, HS748, Tristar, Boeing 747SP, A300, 747-200, 737-200.....

Hey, that's 10 types. Job done!
