What can I expect on an BA LHR/HKG flight in C class and;

I can't comment on the other points, but on this, yes it is possible, assuming arrival flight is on time and you're not held up by immigration. London itself covers a large area, but it should easily be possible to buy a travelcard, and take the tube to Picadilly, Trafalgar Square, see Buckingham Palace and Parliament, the river and London Eye (probably not enough time to go on it), and head back to LHR. If you take the Heathrow Express, it takes 20 minutes to Paddington (as opposed to about 50 minutes by tube) but you will then have to take the tube for 15 mins to get to the West End. Renting a car would enable you to see everything, but won't be able to get out of it...
I've heard that the BA lounges at T5 are very nice, read some of the trip reports on here

A just over 6ft lie flat club world seat. You can see pics of it on anet, and get the seat maps over at seatguru.com.
Good selection of wines on board, nice glass or 2 of champers on boarding. Some nice food inflight, as well as access to a club world kitchen in flight with snacks you can help yourself to. Of course, you also have the chance to sit on the upper deck, something I would recommend try to do.
In 2 words HELL YEA!!
The southern galleries lounge is well worth a visit. Great selection of food and drink available, some good views outside depending on where you are sitting. Access to the Elmis Spa.
If your going from T5B, the lounge there is also worth a quick visit, quiet and very close to the gates.

BA recommend a six hour layover minimum as sufficient to visit London - so you should be fine! Although very expensive, probably best to Grab the heathrow express as it is the quickest way into town.
