Hello everyone,

I am studying International Tourism Management at Leeds Met University. For my dissertation I am conducting primary research on the topic of customer loyalty in aviation. It would help me a lot if you would fill-in my questionnaire . I am posting this link after getting proper permission from the moderators.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/loyaltyinaviation

Please help a student.
It will not take too long.

Thanks,

Darshan.

I filled out the survey but didn't send it in because I'm required to give you my email address. I'll send it in if I can do it without identifying myself.

As stated in the questionnaire, the email address is just required for authentication. That means my supervisor needs to know that these have been filled in by real people and not just me filling in one after another. If you wish, you can provide an email address that is not personal. I am a student and this information will not be misused. My name is Darshan Singh Rajawat ( d.rajawat7752@student.leedsmet.ac.uk), if this assures you in anyway.

Although it is fine if you really don't want to give your email. You can fill in the rest.

Thanks again.

I am going to go ahead and do the survey, but do you feel you'll get a bias result, puting it on an aviation enthusist website such as this?

Thanks CXfirst, much appreciated.

And KLM672, I have also sent out an email with the same link to my University peers as well as posted it on my Facebook profile. Hopefully, I will get some diverse point of views. Thanks though for filling it in.

Same with me, its even worse when you need to interview people face-to-face.

Guys I just need 7 more responses and the survey closes in less than a day.
So please please please take out some time and fill it in !!!

@AirCanada787
I have heard about that. Some of my mates decided to do Face-to-Face interviews and
it is taking them ages to transcribe.
