I am flying next month from LAX to BOM with a connection at AMS.
LAX-AMS on KL602 connecting to DL56 for AMS-BOM.
The layover time in AMS is 1 hr 5 mins.
Is this enough for my bags to make through? I know it is enough for me to make a connection but I am a little concerned about my check-in bags to make the transfer.

Assuming your arriving flight isn't late you should be OK. AMS has a modern baggage system.

AIRLINERS.NET CREW CHAT OPERATOR
KLM to KLM (or Skyteam) shouldn't be a problem. KLM to any other airline can be indefinite. We've had people with 8 hour transfer times and still the bags didn't make it from KLM to the other airline.
