I was booking a J class flight on Malaysia Airlines for a family member and according to Seatguru.com was surprised to note that on the A330-300 series, there is no in-seat TV screen. Seatguru explains: "business class does not have in-seat TV's, but passengers receive portable DVD players loaded with entertainment options..." This sounds ominous for a full service airline? Can someone shed some light on this strange decision?

Their older 333 has no PTV in all classes indeed. Only the recently delivered ones have PTV. But the older ones will be replaced by the new ones soon as far as I know.
