I am a skyteam miles member with Air France, i live in mexico now for a few years so of course always when i fly i do it with aeromexico because of the miles i get... so in 90% of al my flights to canada, us or inside mexico i fly clase premier because i get much more miles and i use them for flying business to europe wich works very well. But the last times i flew i never get my miles... so what can i do. when i recive my boarding card i see printed my AF card number and in the past that works, but the last flights with aeromexico from cun-mex-cun in business, and cun-mex-yul-mex-cun in business also i did not get my miles but because i always saw on my boarding card that my cardnumber is there i did not hold them...
so is there any possibility to get my miles??? thanks

It's on the FB website iirc, send your boarding pass with your request to them and they should be able to give you the miles. Did you already call with AM about this? They should take care for it in the beginning...

I do not have my boarding cards because I saw my number on it I did not keep them and yes I talk to aeromexico and send them e mails but they do not answer I also wrote to af and skyteam but nothing I really feel bad that they do not take care what can I do?
