Wish List For New Longhaul Service From The US

I thought it would be fun to compile a list of new longhaul flights that would be nice to see from the US within the next 5 or so years. Feel free to chime in with routes you would like to see, but please keep it semi-realistic (no GSP-LHR or PVD-PVG  ). I tried to take into account future fleet plans for each airline (e.g. I didn't list too many new flights for DL because they have no new longhaul aircraft arriving in the immediate future). Some of the flights I would like to see, organized by airline:

UA
SFO-TLV (788, 5+ weekly)
SFO-CAN, CTU, or XMN (788, 3-4 weekly)
SFO-TPE (788/9, daily)
SFO-DEL (788/9, daily)
LAX-MEL nonstop - do they have equipment that can make it?
IAH-LAD (788, 3-4 weekly) - probably unlikely due to Angolan government
ORD-DME (762, 4-5 weekly)
IAD-MAD taken over from EI (762/3?, daily)
IAD-BER (762, daily) - this plus two above maybe possible once 788s take over one or two 762/3 routes?
EWR-DXB (788/9 or 777, daily)
EWR-BLR (788, 5+ weekly)

DL
SEA-FUK (763, 4-5 weekly)
ATL-NBO via DKR (763, 3-4 weekly) - this was announced, but I would like to see it actually happen
JFK-BOM (777/L, daily) - would like to see this re-start if 9W joins DL/AF-KL JV

AA
JFK-LAX-SYD (77W, daily) - would like to see one flight on AA metal
DFW-PVG (777, daily)
ORD-BER (763)
ORD-TLV (777, 5+ weekly)
MIA-COR (763, 3-4 weekly)
MIA-JNB (77W, daily)
MIA-HEL (763, daily, winter only) - move ORD-HEL to MIA-HEL for winter season

LP
LIM-DFW (763, daily)
LIM-ORD (763, 3-4 weekly)

AR
EZE-JFK (342/3, daily) - could potentially do better than last time with a DL codeshare?

KQ
NBO-JFK (788, 4-5 weekly)

ET
ADD-JFK (788, 4-5 weekly)

BA
LHR-STL (763, daily) - probably a long shot, but could possibly work with the AA/BA JV?

SK
CPH-SFO or LAX (343, 5+ weekly)

LH
FRA-MSP (333, 5+ weekly)
MUC-IAH (343, daily)

AZ
MXP-ORD or BOS (763 or 332, 4+ weekly) - unlikely, but would like to see either of these return

LO
KRK-ORD (763 or 788, summer only) - would love to see this return in the next few years

OS
VIE-ORD or MIA (763, 5+ weekly) - maybe ORD for the summer and MIA for the winter?

TK
IST-IAH, DTW, MIA, or BOS (332 or 343, 3-5 weekly) - all mentioned by airline as possibilities

SU
LED-JFK (763 or 788, summer only, 3-4 weekly) - long shot, but could possibly work with DL codeshare?

LY
MIA-TLV (762 or 777, 3-4 weekly)

EY
AUH-DFW (345, 5+ weekly)

EK
DXB-ORD (77W, daily)
DXB-MIA (77W, daily)
DXB-IAD (77W, daily)
DXB-BOS (77W, daily)

AI
DEL-IAD (788, daily)
BOM-ORD (788 if range capable, otherwise 77L, 5+ weekly)

JL
NRT-MIA (788, daily)
NGO-LAX (788, daily)

NH
NRT-DEN (788, daily)
NRT-SJO (788, 5+ weekly) - long shot, but would be cool to see!
NRT-LAS (788, 5+ weekly)

KE
ICN-MSP (332, 5+ weekly)
ICN-BOS (777 or 789, 4+ weekly)

CA
PEK-IAH (77W, 4-5 weekly)

MU
PVG-SEA (332 or 788, 5+ weekly)

JQ
SYD-SFO (788, daily)

Agree, although with the right plane. An Airbus 320 would be a far fetch for SAO, RIO, etc.

Many of these routes would be nice.
A few things that I think wouldn't only be nice but would be large successes:
QR, EK, TK, or EY to DTW In this area there is a very large population of Islamic people that could connect on flights from these hubs to where there families are from.
Someone to fly ORD-EZE perhaps AA?
DEN-CDG UA
DEN-ICN OZ?
ORD-TXL AB
ORD-MXP UA or AA
HNL-HKG CX
IAH-JNB?

But so is MIA.

MIA is a focus city for LAN and also serves as the headquarters for LAN Cargo S.A. MIA is not comparable to DFW for obvious reasons. The majority of LAN's flights that operate into MIA cater to VFR traffic.

At MIA, LAN offers flights to BOG, CCS, EZE, GYE, LIM, PUJ, SCL, and UIO.

I'm not sure. I just assumed it would be because DFW-HKG is actually only 50 miles longer than JFK-HKG (0.6% of the total flight length). I didn't really consider the routing though, there are probably more winds on the DFW route compared to the transpolar JFK route.

UA does that off and on. Winter of '09 they had it daily. The 744 can make it quite easily. VA does it from LAX with the 77W.

For my wishlist...

PHX-NRT US A332
PHX-FRA or LHR US A332
PHL-HKG or PVG US (equip???)

LAX-AKL UA772 (bring it back)
LAX-HKG UA744 (bring it back)

DFW-AMS AA763

SFO-SIN UA772
