I might spend a few days in late-june in DBV and around, and I'd like to know if anyone here could tell me about what to expect in Business class when flying OU on MUC-ZAG (or MUC-DBV), ZAG-DBV and DBV-ZRH.

I flew OU yesterday, albeit in coach class. The business seats on the A319 were typical euro-standard: regular coach seats with the middle seat blocked. On the ZAG-AMS route, they served a fairly good meal in Y by European standards, so I would assume that business got a good meal as well. There was no IFE on the route.
As a side note, ZAG airport is terrible - possibly one of the worst in Europe. Very crowded, narrow hallways, long queues for immigration. Business class won't help with any of this. There's a small lounge, but it looked to be rather poor.
Granted I didn't fly in Business, but I don't think it would be worth it on the routes you mention. The only real benefits would be faster check-in, slightly more room, and perhaps a better meal.

Same impressions about ZAG airport. Only cool think is transit in ZAG. I arrived from Split and continued to Pula, so this was Schengen to Schengen, and basically you just pass one single door from arrival to departure area and you're in the gate area again. I had a planned connection time of 30 minutes and still easily got my connection flight, although I arrived with a 10 minutes delay...

In my opinion, unless someone else is paying for your ticket, business class in Europe is never worth the fare difference. Better to save your money and spend it on something that's going to be of more value like a better hotel and a few nice meals.

...completly my opinion ( Aeroflot and sometimes Turkish are exceptions with 2x2 seating ) ... OU is like LH ...business frendly ,eu-seating ,but with better offering in economy ... lounge in Zagreb (http://soleticinterijeri.com/archives/684) and Dubrovnik (SPU is joke) ...

I flew in business class a few times ( SPU-FRA r/t, ZAG-FRA r/t, SPU-LGW r/t ... but it is part of the intercontinental flight and BCN-ZAG upgrade ) ... and I was very satisfied with inflight service and quality of food and drink...

yes ZAG is very small during rush hours but is not that dump ...and Business class won't help that is true ...
MUC-ZAG and DBV-ZRH is DHC-8Q flight ...so no no for me
MUC-DBV is LH flight ( OU codeshare )with CR9 and E95 ... so no no for me
ZAG-DBV is DHC-8Q or A319/320 ... but is domestic 40 min flight ...so so maybe for miles but servis is drink
my thought : save the money OU economy is better than most in europa and try to sit in the first 7 rows ( 36" pitch in airbus ) business class is usually first 3 rows ...
