Hi All,
I've just purchased Y class flights MEL-KUL-MLE-KUL-MEL for Feb 2012 with MH.
Has anyone used Optiontown (or know someone who has) to upgrade their flights. Its a great opportunity but something does not feel 100%, I'm just not convinced and was hoping someone may have a positive or negative experience using them to help me decide.
For those interested, Optiontown claim to be a company offering last min upgrades on the following airlines:
SAS
Malev
Air Asia X
Kingfisher
Air Baltic
Blue1
Spannair
Air India
Malaysian
Air Canada
Arik

Very interesting. I'm really curious about this now. Hopefully we can get some first hand info.

They are getting more popular now. The airlines are advertising them more heavily, so I suggest you put in for your upgrade early. you never know your luck.

I a flying on MH in August and have gone to their website and paid for UTo upgrades. I can advise you about them once I have travelled on them. I thnk they should be ok as MH advertises them on their own website and doubt they would do his if they were not trustworthy. Makes Optiontown and the airline and a profit if they were going to fly the business/first class seat empty.
