In Air France business class, why does Air France serve the cheese with the main course, and not as a desert course with the sorbets?

I found that strange too. I would have thought it came first as an entree type cheese platter. My initial thought is that they came out together, but yea, I am not sure. Was tasty though. Great service AF has.

My guess would be just because the French love cheese!

Nothing's worse then flying the same registration twice, except flying it 4 times..

In France, cheese is eaten in addition to a desert between the main course and the desert. So it's not a desert course.
