Good day,

I need to get from AUH to DXB, airport to airport. After some research I could find bus service to the respective city centers but not between the airports. Anybody knows if there is one?

Thanks for your answers!

It appears you are correct.

According to the map, you should be able to take the Dubai metro from there directly to the airport, so a 1-change service rather than a direct one.

Also, the bus is free if you have an Etihad flight ticket.

Flights booked: NWI-AMS-JNB-DUR, JNB-AMS-NWI

The first time I visited family in Dubai I actually flew into AUH (due to a cheap deal with BA) and got a taxi to their home in Umm Suqeim (next to the Burj al Arab). Considering the distance involved, the taxi was incredibly cheap. So a taxi is always a useful alternative should public transport not work out.

A taxi from AUH to anywhere in Dubai is a set fare of 225 AED. This is the quickest and handiest option.

The Etihad coach is free if you are an Etihad passenger. It will drop you off at The Dubai Marina Mall or Chelsea Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai which are the locations of the 2 Etihad offices in Dubai. From there get a taxi or the Metro direct to Dubai Airport.

I'd second the taxi option. If not you can also arrange for a chauffeur car or a van also.

Dude, this is a.net, so somebody's gotta suggest it: Gulf Air via BAH? It's only about six times as much as the taxi!
