KMV Kavminvodyavia is an alomst safe TU154B/M (can be replaced by TU204 but that doesn't happen too frequent). Prices seem to start from 253EUR for a roundtrip, but well, just the question if you want to go to Mineralnye Vody.

Skyeurope is right, KMV Avia seems a good bet.
I'm going to do a roundtrip VKO-MRV-VKO in August, with the Kuban Air Lines Yak-42 on the outbound and the KMV Tu-154 on the return (I hope there won't be any equipment substitutions). The price I paid is approx. 286 € all-in for both flights.

Try booking through Kavminvodyavia's website. It is all in Russian, but with a dictionary I managed to navigate my way through it, and I paid something like £80 for a one way VKO-MRV flight. The airport itself is in a constant state of construction it seems, but the local area isn't too iffy and the reports on the net about the airport are not justified.
Are Donavia still flying a Tu-154M on SVO-MRV-SVO, it is possible as the runway at MRV is very weak apparently which is why it's a Tu-154 haven.
