I'm so annoyed. Due to some changes in my itineraries, I've needed to talk with Aegean and Olympic Airlines. Their Websites are atrocious and you can't make a toll free call (1-800 or the like) from here in the USA. It makes it so hard to communicate with them.
Aegean is a member of Star Alliance for crying out loud. Anyone should be able to reach them toll free. I wish Star Alliance would make that a requirement.
I'm so frustrated.
Anyone know why they don't make it easier to contact them and why they have such awful website?

Shoot correct me if I'm wrong, but when I was studying in Germany Lufthansa didn't even have a toll free number...

OA and A3 do not fly to the USA. In the old days Olympic Airways had a toll free number in USA and Canada. These carriers don't serve that market so no need for a toll free number these days .

Virgin Australia is another one in which I find irritating.
Yes, Aegean may currently be a "regional" airline, but being part of Star Alliance, they get a lot of connecting passengers off of other Star Alliance flights. When something changes or goes wrong with the reservations, it would be much easier to call them up toll free to fix the problem.
