747 - L1 Or L2 For Purser?

At QF, L2 is the purser (CSM) position, is this the same at all airlines, eg UA, DL?

At VS it is L2 on 744 and was L1 for classic 747s. It was all down to flight deck access and positioning of stairs.

At BA we sit at 1L on the 744, even though stairs are at 2L.
