For Me (in chronological order - my dad knew a lot about aviation back then, however his knowledge is a bit out of date now, he didn't think the A330 had as much range as it does now...). They are all return trips (unless I specify otherwise) and are all one-timers (again, unless specified)

Flying Colours (B757 - my first ever flight, back in 1998/1999 - BRS-Majorca)
Air 2000 (A321 BRS-Majorca)
British Airways (back when they really were "British" SOU-MAN on a Dash8 I think)
Thomas Cook (B757 LGW-Majorca)
British Airways (MAN-LGW-MCO - my first "long haul" flight, first wide-body and first 777! Back when 18 channel IFE was a good thing!)

Ryanair (737-800, Liverpool-Carcassonne - only carrier on that route sadly)
Ryanair (737-800, Liverpool-Bergerac - back when it was portacabins and again I think only carrier besides BE)

Air France (Fokker F100 - MAN-CDG)
Air France (Airbus A319ER/LR - CRG-RUH - first long narrow body flight, remember my mother shouting as she boarded "Are you sure this is the right aircraft! It's too bloody small to fly to Riyadh")

US Airways (A330-300 I think??? MAN-PHL)
US Airways (B767-200ER PHL-MCO - first time on a 767, remember it well, we had to hold for thunder at MCO)

Air France (A319 MAN-CDG one-way ticket, first time flying J class)
Air France (A319ER/LR CDG-RUH one-way ticket, first time flying international J class)

Swiss (A330-200 RUH-ZRH - J)
Swiss (A320 ZRH-MAN - J)

bmi (A330-200 RUH-LHR - Done this countless times in both Y and J, both from MAN and from LHR)
bmi (A319 LHR-MAN - same as previous)
bmi (ERK145 LHR-MAN/MAN-LHR - if it wasn't the A319, it was the ERJ145)

Austrian - (A320 then A319 RUH-VIE-Brussles - one way flight)
Austrian - (A321 then A320 CDG-VIE-RUH - return from school trip)

Cyprus Airways (A319 - RUH-Larnaca, return was Larnaca-JED-RUH but didn't leave aircraft at JED)

British Airways (MAN-LHR-FCO - A321 all the way, except the return FCO-LHR which was an older A320)

British Airways (MAN-LHR-RUH - A319/A320/A321, then 777-200 both ER and non-ER, again three legs with that).

Coming up soon: Icelandair MAN-KEF - 757-200

Phew... edited as I missed out Austrian and Cyprus
